Refund policy
Our goal is to have 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return in store for processing. All returns must be made within 30 days from purchase and be accompanied by the original proof of sale - receipt or payment confirmation sent by us. Any orders ordered for In-Store Pick Up must be picked up with in one week or make arrangements to pick -up. Any order not picked up within the one week period will automatically be cancelled and placed back in stock at a 15% restocking fee paid by the buyer.
Payment is processed onto the credit card immediately after the order is submitted.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Pay Pal as forms of payment for your order. At this time, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All products we sell are in new condition and your order will always be thoroughly packaged to minimize the chance of breakage. However, once your order leaves our fulfilment center, we are no longer liable for it. Couriers in Canada do not insure the shipment of liquor products, and as such HORSEMAN LIQUOR STORE Canada and the couriers we use are unable to cover loss and/or damage that may occur during shipping.
You may purchase optional Route Shipping Insurance on the cart page before checkout. In the event of a claim, please engage them rather than us.
